Delores E. Rossiter

CALDWELL -- Delores E. Rossiter, 60, of Pleasant City, died Monday (Jan. 4, 2010) as the result of an automobile accident.

She was born Feb. 4, 1949, in Marietta, daughter of Mary E. "Judy" Schott Hesson of Caldwell and the late James C. Hesson, who died May 22, 1990.

Mrs. Rossiter was a 1967 graduate of Caldwell High School and a 1982 graduate of the LPN program at Washington Technical College.

She was employed by PrimeCare Pediatrics in Zanesville.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by one daughter, Tamara L. Rossiter, in 1989; one son, Tommy J. "Bub" Rossiter II, in 2001; and one nephew, Duane Edward Hesson.

In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband, Tommy J. Rossiter, whom she married Feb. 19, 1967; one daughter, Lisa K. (Dana) Jennings of Caldwell; one daughter-in-law, Lori A. Rossiter of Caldwell; one brother, Denver Earl (Dorothy) Hesson of Marietta; six grandchildren, Jessica Hardesty of Pleasant City, and Mark Addison Rossiter, Adam Michael Rossiter, Madison LeAnn Rossiter, Sydney Lynn Jennings and Clark Joseph Jennings, all of Caldwell; and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were Jan. 7, 2010, at the McVay-Perkins Funeral Home, Caldwell.

Pastor Larry Copley officiated. Burial was in Center Free Methodist Church Cemetery.
