Angela Maree Houston and Scott Alan Hlad were united in marriage on Oct. 3, 2009, in an outdoor ceremony at their home in Newcomerstown.
The bride was given in marriage by her father. She is the daughter of Duran and Judith Houston of Newcomerstown.
He is the son of Kathy Hlad of Byesville and Mike Hlad of Wausaw, Wis.
Chad Stutzman officiated the double-ring ceremony.
Hastily Assembled Band provided special music for the ceremony.
Attending the bride were Steph Johnson and Melissa Dunfee, her sisters, and Michelle McNutt, sister of the groom.
Serving the groom were Travis Hlad, Cody McNutt, Troy Johnson, Jeremy Houston and Brennen Dunfee.
Kenzi Venable, Hannah Johnson, Addison Hlad and Katlyn Clapper served as flower girls.
Brady Hlad and Carter Hlad served as ring-bearers.
A reception followed for 100 guests on the lawn of the couple's home.
The new Mrs. Hlad is a 2007 graduate of Muskingum College. She is an employee of West Elementary School in Newcomerstown.
Her husband is a graduate of Meadowbrook High School. He is an employee of the Shelly Co.
